CONSULTATION

Starting as we mean to go on – open communication and clear understanding.

We sit down with you to talk through aspects of your project, from look and feel, budget and timings, brand and shelf life, to processing and packing methods. We’ll consider long-term product and market strategies and discuss with you solutions to satisfy these.

Our consultations are thorough, meaning we probably ask you more questions than you would typically expect, yet this is one of the most important steps within our process.

DEVELOPMENT

Where our technical expertise really comes into play.

Drawing on our industry knowledge, we’ll come back with a range of concept options at various price points, designed to make your product shine. This part of the process is about selecting the right materials and structure, as well as considering aesthetics.

DESIGN

With your own design team, or one of our network of specialist packaging designers.

We work closely with designers to guide them from a marketing and functional perspective. Then we break out clever tools like digital prototyping, 3D lifelike, interactive renders and augmented reality models, so you can get excited about your designs and how they’ll look, before production.

PRODUCTION

Where the pieces come together – as we bring the design to life.

This is the exciting part. We finally put all the design and development elements together – specifications, artwork, timelines and logistics – and work with trusted manufacturing partners worldwide to produce your bespoke packaging solution.

We can help you with both long and short run projects.

QUALITY CONTROL

At this stage it’s all about perfecting the details.

Your packaging goes through rigorous testing during the multiple stages of production, with further final inspection conducted by our team in NZ. If required, we can test through independent testing facilities to make absolutely sure it’s to the requirements specified and ready to hit the market.

DELIVERY

Your brand-new packaging is ready to impress your customers.

Once completed and checked, your packaging is then available to be shipped in a way that suits your business – either drop shipped to you in full, or inventory managed by our team.
